This Cook Book is a collection of some of the recipes that the Cooks of Clan Kyle have used in feasts they have cooked, Clan Gathers (where we sometimes test recipes), or Camping (as shown above). There are far too many recipes that we have used to post all of them. Just between Lady Tirza and Baron Cahan, the recipes used are well over the hundred mark. The recipes that will be posted are either favorite recipes or recipes of historical value. Since we have many cooks & bakers in Clan Kyle, I am sure several of them will be submitting recipes for this Cook Book.
We hope that you will enjoy the collection of recipes. You have our permission to copy and use these recipes as you wish; Just remember to give the proper credit when you use them. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. One thing, we are not going to get in an argument over the redactions of the recipes. The redactions are by the individual Clan Members and are the results of actually testing the recipe through trial and error and enjoying the taste of the food.
This Cook Book is a large ongoing project and will updated from time to time as recipes are added.
